Meds Easy - Medication Reminder · Effective February 15, 2026

The Short Version

Meds Easy does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Your medication information never leaves your device.

Data Storage

All medication schedules, dose history, and settings are stored locally on your device using SwiftData. No data is sent to any server, cloud service, or third party. There are no user accounts and no sign-up required.

No HealthKit Integration

Meds Easy intentionally does not integrate with Apple HealthKit. We believe your medication data is among your most sensitive health information and should remain completely private. Your medications, dosages, and adherence patterns are stored only within the app and are not shared with any health platform, including Apple Health.

Analytics & Tracking

Meds Easy contains no analytics frameworks, no ad SDKs, no tracking pixels, and no telemetry of any kind. We do not use any third-party services that collect data.

Network Usage

Meds Easy makes no network requests. The app works entirely offline. The only network activity associated with the app is through the App Store for updates.

Notifications

Meds Easy uses local notifications to remind you to take your medications. These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device and do not involve any external servers or push notification services.

Children's Privacy

Meds Easy does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page with the new effective date. Since Meds Easy collects no data, meaningful changes are unlikely.
