How do I mix multiple sounds?
Tap on any sound to start playing it, then tap additional sounds to layer them together. Use the volume sliders to adjust the balance between sounds.
How do I set a sleep timer?
Tap the timer icon and select how long you want the sounds to play. The audio will gradually fade out when the timer ends so you're not jolted awake.
Will the sounds play all night?
Yes! Without a sleep timer, sounds will play continuously in the background. You can lock your phone, switch apps, or turn off the screen — the audio keeps playing.
Does the app work offline?
Absolutely. All sounds are included in the app. No internet connection is required — perfect for airplane mode or areas with poor connectivity.
How do I save my favorite sound combinations?
Your current mix is automatically saved when you close the app. The next time you open Rest Easy, your sounds and volume levels will be restored.
Why isn't there an Apple Watch app?
Rest Easy is designed for bedtime use when your phone is typically nearby. The Watch app wasn't a priority, but we may add it in a future update if there's demand.
