How do I putt?

Drag anywhere on the screen to pull back. The ring around Dot shows your power. Let go to putt. Bank off walls, bonk a bumper, and listen for the plink.

How many people can play?

One to four golfers on one iPhone. Add your crew, pick a world, and pass the phone when it's the next golfer's turn.

How much does it cost?

Dimples is free to download, and all 18 holes of Gumdrop Grove are free to play with up to four golfers. Everything else is a one-time purchase:

• Dimples Pass, $2.99: Barnacle Bay and Wobble Moon.
• World packs, $4.99 each, three worlds apiece: Wild Places (Frosty Peaks, Dino Dig, Jungle Jumble), Fun & Games (Carnival Midway, Toy Box, Neon Arcade) and Dreamlands (Haunted Hollow, Cloud Castle, Desert Dunes).
• Ball packs, $1.99 each: Sweet Shop, Deep Sea and Space Cadet, four balls each. They only change how the ball looks.
• Lifetime, $19.99: every world and every ball, including everything released later.

You can play the first hole of every locked world for free before you buy. There are no ads, no subscriptions, no loot boxes, and no energy meters.

What does Lifetime include?

Everything: all 12 worlds (216 holes) and all 16 balls, plus every world and ball we release later. Buying everything separately today costs $23.93.

How do I restore my purchases?

Tap Restore Purchases in the Locker, where Lifetime, the Dimples Pass, the world packs and the ball packs live. Purchases belong to your Apple Account, so they come back on a new iPhone, and every purchase is shared with your family through Family Sharing.

How do I change a golfer's ball?

Each golfer picks their own skin when you set up a round. Three skins are earned just by playing: Birdie Yellow for your first birdie, Golden Dot for 10 aces and Night Owl for 10 rounds.

Is it OK for kids?

Yes. Dimples is built for ages 4 to 94, and the stroke cap keeps little golfers moving.

Does it work offline?

Completely. There's no account, and nothing needs an internet connection.

Where are my scores stored?

Every round, personal best and head-to-head is saved on your iPhone. Nothing is sent anywhere. Your history moves to a new phone with your standard iCloud or computer backup.
