Privacy Policy

Pressure Easy - Blood Pressure Tracker · Effective February 15, 2026

The Short Version

Pressure Easy does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All your blood pressure readings stay on your device.

Data Storage

All blood pressure readings, pulse data, settings, and personal records are stored locally on your device using SwiftData. No data is sent to any server, cloud service, or third party. There are no user accounts and no sign-up required.

Apple HealthKit

Pressure Easy can read and write blood pressure data to Apple Health, but only if you explicitly grant permission. HealthKit data is governed by Apple's privacy policy and never leaves your device through Pressure Easy.

If you deny HealthKit access, the app continues to work normally — you can still log, view trends, and export PDF reports. HealthKit integration is entirely optional.

Analytics & Tracking

Pressure Easy contains no analytics frameworks, no ad SDKs, no tracking pixels, and no telemetry of any kind. We do not use any third-party services that collect data.

Network Usage

Pressure Easy makes no network requests. The app works entirely offline. The only network activity associated with the app is through the App Store for updates.

PDF Export

When you generate a PDF report, it is created locally on your device. Pressure Easy does not upload the PDF anywhere. You control how and where the PDF is shared using iOS's standard share sheet.

Children's Privacy

Pressure Easy does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page with the new effective date. Since Pressure Easy collects no data, meaningful changes are unlikely.
