Frequently Asked Questions
How do I roll?
Hold the ball low on the screen, then flick it up the lane. Your flick sets the speed and the aim. The ball hops off the ramp onto the target: 10 in the trough, 20 to 50 in the rings, and 100 in the corner pockets.
How many people can play?
One to four players on one iPhone. Each player rolls a frame of three balls, then passes the phone to the next player.
How much does it cost?
Ringers is free to download, and all six lanes of the Boardwalk are free to play with up to four players. The Ringers Pass ($2.99) adds the Neon Midway and the Moon Arcade. Three alley packs are $4.99 each: Wild Places (Frosty Fair, Dino Den, Jungle Lodge), Fun & Games (Bumper Carnival, Toy Box, Pinball Palace) and Dreamlands (Haunted Pier, Cloud Kingdom, Desert Oasis). Lifetime ($14.99) unlocks every alley, including the ones we add later. Everything is a one-time purchase. There are no ads, no subscriptions and no coins.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the Prize Counter (tap Bo on the Arcade screen) or Settings, and tap Restore purchases. Purchases belong to your Apple Account, so they come back on a new iPhone, and they're shared with your family through Family Sharing.
What are tickets for?
Bragging rights. You earn tickets at the prize counter as you score, and everyone leaves with an award. Tickets are just for fun: they can't be bought or cashed in.
Does it work offline?
Completely. There's no account, and nothing needs an internet connection.
Where are my scores stored?
Every game, high score and head-to-head is saved on your iPhone. Nothing is sent anywhere. Your history moves to a new phone with your standard iCloud or computer backup.
