Privacy Policy

Run Easy Z2 · Effective February 11, 2026

The Short Version

Run Easy does not collect or transmit any personal data to us. Your data stays on your device and in your personal iCloud account.

Data Storage

All run data, settings, and achievements are stored locally on your device using SwiftData. There are no user accounts and no sign-up required.

iCloud Sync

Run Easy offers optional iCloud sync to keep your data in sync across your devices. This feature is off by default and can be enabled in Settings. When enabled, data is stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit and is governed by Apple's privacy policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

Apple HealthKit

Run Easy can read and write workout data to Apple Health, but only if you explicitly grant permission. HealthKit data is governed by Apple's privacy policy and never leaves your device through Run Easy. If you deny HealthKit access, the app continues to work normally.

Location Data

Run Easy uses GPS location during outdoor runs to record your route. Location data is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account if sync is enabled. Location data is never sent to us or any third party.

Analytics & Tracking

Run Easy contains no analytics frameworks, no ad SDKs, no tracking pixels, and no telemetry of any kind. We do not use any third-party services that collect data.

Network Usage

The only network requests Run Easy makes are to Apple's iCloud servers when sync is enabled. No data is sent to any other server or third party.

Children's Privacy

Run Easy does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
