Spend Easy - Private Expense Tracker · Effective February 15, 2026

The Short Version

Spend Easy does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Your expense data never leaves your device. We will never ask for your bank login.

🏦 No Bank Connections

Unlike many expense trackers, Spend Easy never connects to your bank account. We don't use Plaid, Yodlee, or any other financial data aggregator.

You enter expenses manually, which means:

Your bank credentials stay private
No third party ever sees your transactions
You're in complete control of what gets tracked

Data Storage

All expense data, budgets, categories, and settings are stored locally on your device using SwiftData. No data is sent to any server, cloud service, or third party. There are no user accounts and no sign-up required.

No Cloud Sync

Spend Easy does not offer cloud synchronization. This is intentional. Your financial data stays on your device and is not uploaded anywhere. If you delete the app, your data is deleted with it.

Data Export

You can export your expense data to CSV format at any time. This file is created locally and you control where it goes. We never see your exported data.

Analytics & Tracking

Spend Easy contains no analytics frameworks, no ad SDKs, no tracking pixels, and no telemetry of any kind. We do not use any third-party services that collect data.

Network Usage

Spend Easy makes no network requests. The app works entirely offline. The only network activity associated with the app is through the App Store for updates.

Children's Privacy

Spend Easy does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page with the new effective date. Since Spend Easy collects no data, meaningful changes are unlikely.
