What routines are included?
Stretch Easy comes with five pre-built routines: Morning Wake-Up (5 min), Desk Break (3 min), Post-Workout (10 min), Full Body (15 min), and Evening Wind-Down (7 min). Each targets different needs throughout your day.
Can I create my own routines?
Yes! The custom routine builder lets you pick from 15+ stretches, set custom durations for each, and save your routine for future use. Build routines tailored to your specific needs.
How do the timers work?
Each stretch has a countdown timer with a large display. When time is up, you'll get a haptic cue (and optional audio) signaling it's time for the next stretch. Rest intervals between stretches give you time to transition.
Does the Apple Watch app work independently?
Yes! The Apple Watch app includes all routines and can run completely on its own. Haptic feedback guides you through each stretch — no need to look at your phone.
What gets saved to HealthKit?
If you enable HealthKit, completed stretching sessions are logged as flexibility workouts. This includes the routine name, duration, and calories (estimated). HealthKit integration is optional.
Is there a subscription?
No. Stretch Easy is a one-time purchase with no subscriptions, no ads, and no in-app purchases. All features are included.
How often should I stretch?
Consistency matters more than duration. Even 3-5 minutes daily can improve flexibility over time. Use the Desk Break routine throughout the workday, or the Morning Wake-Up routine to start your day right.
Can I change the theme?
Yes! Stretch Easy includes 8 beautiful color themes. Go to Settings and choose the one that feels right for you.
