The Short Version

Tune Easy does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Everything stays on your device.

Data Storage

All settings and preferences are stored locally on your device. No data is sent to any server, cloud service, or third party. There are no user accounts and no sign-up required.

Microphone Access

Tune Easy requests microphone access to detect the pitch of your guitar strings. This is the only way the app functions.

Important: Your microphone audio is processed entirely on-device in real time. Nothing is recorded. Nothing is stored. Nothing is transmitted anywhere.

The audio data exists only in temporary memory while pitch detection is active, and is immediately discarded. We have no servers to send it to, even if we wanted to.

Analytics & Tracking

Tune Easy contains no analytics frameworks, no ad SDKs, no tracking pixels, and no telemetry of any kind. We do not use any third-party services that collect data.

Network Usage

Tune Easy makes no network requests. The app works entirely offline. The only network activity associated with the app is through the App Store for updates.

Children's Privacy

Tune Easy does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page with the new effective date. Since Tune Easy collects no data, meaningful changes are unlikely.
