How do I record a meeting?
Tap Record. On a Mac, you can also start from Meeting Easy in the menu bar. The meeting opens with a live transcript. Tap Stop when it's over, and Meeting Easy writes the summary, the decisions and the action items.
How do I record both sides of a call on a Mac?
Start recording before or during the call. The first time, allow Meeting Easy to record the audio the Mac plays. Your microphone is transcribed as Me and everyone else as Others. Record the other people on calls in Settings turns this on and off.
Why doesn't my meeting have notes?
Summaries, action items and answers use Apple Intelligence, which needs a device that supports it with Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings, and a language Apple Intelligence supports. Without it, Meeting Easy still records and transcribes your meetings.
Can I record with the screen locked?
Yes. On iPhone and iPad, Meeting Easy keeps recording with the screen locked or while you use another app. A phone call pauses the recording until it ends.
How do my meetings get to my other devices?
Sign in to the same iCloud account on each device, with iCloud turned on for Meeting Easy. Meetings sync on their own, including one that's still being recorded. Settings shows when they last synced, or what's in the way.
How does Up next work?
Allow calendar access, and today's meetings show under Up next. Tap the record button beside one to record it with the event's name and the people invited. You can also link a meeting to an event after recording.
What can I ask about a meeting?
Open a meeting, choose Ask, and ask anything, such as "What did we decide about pricing?" or "What are my action items?" Answers come from what was said, with times you can tap to hear that moment.
Which languages does Meeting Easy support?
Meeting Easy transcribes in your device's language when Apple's on-device speech recognition supports it. Summaries and answers are available in the languages Apple Intelligence supports.
Where is my data stored?
On your devices and in your own iCloud, and nowhere else. To save space, turn off Keep the audio in Settings, and Meeting Easy keeps only the transcript and notes. Deleting a meeting deletes it from all your devices.
